Exact 85102-to-current-family/revision crosswalk is unproven, including the claimed Home Made menu and regional rating.
THE FIT AT A GLANCE
At a glance
Useful for owners identifying the earlier 56-recipe nineteen-program configuration.
A newer 57-recipe/Home Made product description cannot safely supply the older unit's missing controls.

The KITCHENARM 85102 deserves an individual reference page because the available evidence points to more than one version of the brand's nineteen-program offering. A three-page promotional packet is associated with 85102 and advertises 56 recipes. Older official product copy also describes 56 recipes, while newer official copy describes 57 recipes and a fully programmable Home Made menu. Neither inspected brand page explicitly names 85102. The exact revision is therefore a deciding uncertainty, especially for someone choosing the machine for custom fermentation or a saved personal recipe.
The surviving packet is a promotion, not the operating book
The 85102-associated document advertises nineteen automatic programs, three loaf sizes, three crust colors and a fifteen-hour timer. Its three pages do not provide the complete instructions or a course-by-course operating table. The claimed 56 recipes are a description of supplied material, not a recovered 56-recipe book. That distinction matters: a promotional image can establish what was advertised, but it cannot tell an owner which loaf weights, delays or add-in functions are available on a particular course.
Independent ASIN-indexed material associates B08TW7F43V with 85102, but the inspected maker pages do not authenticate that exact relationship. That association alone does not identify a current Amazon offer. For a used or older unit, a photograph of the rating label and a complete menu list would do more to settle identity than another generic “19-in-1” listing. The original booklet's recipe count and publication details should be checked too. 85102 document record; three-page promotional PDF.
There are three different kinds of customization
The older official indexed page describes retaining the chosen menu, loaf size and crust color for the next bake. That can reduce repetitive setup when the same recipe is used again. It is not the same as storing a personally programmed sequence of mixing, resting, rising and baking stages. A machine can remember ordinary selections without allowing the user to create a new course. That difference should be explicit when comparing a familiar repeat recipe with experimental breadmaking.
The older copy also says rest and rise time can be increased during a running menu. This is a more specific intervention, potentially useful when a dough needs additional time, but it still does not establish a saved custom program. Newer official copy adds Home Made as menu nineteen and describes setting individual stage times. That is a different level of control. Without a model/revision crosswalk, the newer claim cannot be attached to every 85102-associated unit.
The recipe count is a clue, not a complete identification method
The older page's 56 recipes and the newer page's 57 recipes are useful signals that the copy or product offering changed. The program accounting changes too: older material describes twelve bread menus plus seven non-bread menus, while newer material describes eleven bread menus, seven non-bread menus and Home Made. Those differences are meaningful enough to preserve. They do not, by themselves, prove the exact date of a hardware change or tell which firmware is in a particular machine.
A buyer interested in sourdough or another extended process should therefore ask for the actual Home Made screen and instructions, rather than relying on a generic current product description. The desired question is whether that unit can set the required stages, retain them and apply them on the next bake. Adjustable temperature, the number of saved custom recipes and exact stage ranges were not established for 85102. Those unknowns should not be filled with specifications from the brand's separate twenty-nine-program machine.
Gluten-free size and add-ins remain course questions
Both official product-copy versions discuss gluten-free baking, and the older page names one, one-and-a-half and two-pound sizes. That does not establish all three sizes on the exact unit's gluten-free course. No authenticated complete 85102 recipe book was recovered to confirm its gluten-free recipe weights. For a household choosing primarily around a smaller specialty loaf, the missing course table is more consequential than the general nineteen-menu count. A photographed recipe and active selector would resolve more than a broad capacity claim.
The official copy describes an ADD-NUTS alarm. An alarm calls for human attention and should not be promoted as an automatic ingredient dispenser. That distinction matters when planning an unattended bake or a recipe where ingredients enter after initial mixing. The fifteen-hour timer is also an advertised maximum without exact 85102 course eligibility. The presence of a specialty course, an alarm and a timer does not establish that all three can be combined for the intended recipe.
Where the evidence leaves an owner or buyer
The newer official page identifies a North American electrical configuration, describing 110–130 V at 60 Hz and elsewhere 120 V. That is evidence for the configuration on that page, not an authenticated electrical rating for every unit called 85102. Check the actual rating label, particularly when the machine is offered outside its original market. Do not transfer European-version details or the twenty-nine-program machine's capabilities across the brand range. An exact label and booklet are required to make that comparison responsibly.
KITCHENARM's brand material provides a service contact and advertises warranty and recipe support. This provides a concrete route for requesting a revision-specific manual, but it is not evidence of tested response quality or current parts stock. The 85102 is most useful in this library as a reference for resolving those questions. It can become a stronger buying candidate once its menu and document revision are established. Until then, the saved-custom-course feature, gluten-free size choices and exact operating restrictions remain unknown. older official product copy; newer official product copy.
