The BM8621 record is most useful as an identification problem with a clear set of missing operating facts. A retailer associates MÖBELMASTER, model BM8621, and UPC 852002008054 with a bread maker whose title advertises separate automatic yeast and fruit-and-nut dispensers. That combination could be attractive to someone who wants ingredients held apart until the machine needs them. An authenticated MÖBELMASTER manual was not recovered, however, so the title cannot establish the dispensing sequence, eligible menus, or supported recipes.

This reference keeps the machine outside confident buying matches. It does not assume that a similar model number from an equipment manufacturer describes the same retail configuration. Nor does it report bread quality, a current price, or present stock. For someone who already owns the appliance, the full model and UPC provide useful starting points when looking for its original booklet and replacement parts. They are identification leads rather than a complete specification.

Yeast feed and fruit additions are separate functions

A yeast dispenser and an inclusion dispenser solve different recipe tasks. One controls when dry yeast enters the mixture; the other handles additions such as raisins or nuts. To assess the BM8621's advertised arrangement, an owner needs to know what goes in each compartment, how it is cleaned, and whether release is automatic on the intended course. None of those procedures was established from a matching maker document in this research.

It also remains unknown how much either compartment holds. A photograph of two containers would not settle their capacities or timing. Even if a release mechanism is present, a particular recipe may call for hand additions or contain ingredients unsuitable for the compartment. A buyer choosing primarily for unattended fruit bread should request the relevant operating pages rather than rely on the two-dispenser title. These missing operating details prevent a dependable recommendation for unattended additions.

The BM8621 number appears in a materials report

An Intertek report dated May 12, 2020 names Jiangmen Mielux Intelligent and Technology as its applicant and includes BM8621 among a long list of bread-maker reference numbers. That is genuine documentary evidence of the model string in an equipment-related record. The document concerns submitted material samples. It is not an instruction manual, a list of retail programs, or a declaration connecting every listed reference to the exact MÖBELMASTER appliance.

The distinction matters because a materials document can look more authoritative than a retailer description while answering a different question. It does not specify this retail unit's pan coating, electrical input, loaf controls, or dispenser behavior. A tested coating sample also does not identify which coating appears on the offered machine. This reference therefore retains the report as provenance without using it to fill operating details that it does not address.

Do not borrow the current Mielux page's specifications

The inspected Mielux product URL is currently headed BM-8511. Its visible description concerns that other model, including its program count, timer, and power figures. An indexed search snippet mentioning BM8621 is not enough to replace the current page's model heading. No visible manufacturer statement was recovered that model associations the MÖBELMASTER BM8621 retail unit to the BM-8511 configuration.

That prevents a tempting but unreliable shortcut. A maker may use related numbers across a range, yet different appliances can have different controllers, pans, dispensers, and regional ratings. The current BM-8511's details should remain with BM-8511. For the BM8621, a label photograph and original manual would be stronger evidence than apparent family resemblance. The unresolved model association is a reason for reference-only status, not a reason to guess which nearby specification seems most plausible.

The capacity and menu claims are still retail claims

Ubuy's structured record lists a one-and-a-half-pound capacity, 800 watts, and thirteen programs. It also describes the finish as silver and the care instruction as hand wash only. Those are readable retailer fields, but they were not corroborated by an exact operating guide. A single capacity figure does not establish a size-selector range, and an input-power number without a matching rating label does not settle the supply requirements of a regional unit.

The title additionally mentions a gluten-free setting. No named menu table, gluten-free recipe, or course-specific weight was recovered. The record therefore does not convert the retail capacity into a supported gluten-free loaf size. Dough, whole-wheat, rapid, jam, and saved custom programs also remain unverified. The word programmable is insufficient evidence that a baker can edit the complete knead, rise, and bake sequence or manage a natural-starter fermentation.

What would make an older example assessable

A useful document package would include the rating label, a legible panel, the component diagram, and the pages explaining both dispensers. The pan and paddle should be checked for correct fit and condition; a generic replacement described only as a bread-maker part is not enough. Verified external dimensions, paddle count, replacement-part numbers, delay range, timer eligibility, and interruption recovery were not established. These are concrete checks that can change whether an apparently complete appliance is practical to use.

The BM8621's appeal is its claimed combination of yeast and inclusion automation. Its tradeoff is that the evidence currently explains the identity leads better than the actual baking workflow. Keeping that boundary visible helps an owner continue the search and prevents a shopper from treating a materials report or another manufacturer's product page as the missing manual. Until a defensible retail-to-document association is recovered, the machine remains a researched owner reference.
